About the Recipe
Entirely vegan and gluten free, these Almond Cacao Bliss balls are the perfect healthy snack on the go. Curated by our guest Nutritionist, these balls are packed with all the good stuff and are ready in only 10minutes! If you have any dietaries such as a nut allergy - we can tell you what to substitute out so you can have them too.

Ingredients
1/2 dates, pitted
1/4 cup of almonds
1/2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1-2 tbsp of water, if needed
pinch of salt
topping of choice - desiccated coconut, almond meal or INCA Wellness Collagen Powder
Preparation
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until a dough begins to form.
Using your hands, roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into snack-sized balls.
Pour your choice of topping onto a plate or flat surface and roll the balls in order to coat.
Return them to the prepared tray and refrigerate until ready to serve.
